Roland Feuillas, a farmer and baker from Cucugnan, coined this phrase to celebrate theprecious connection between food and nature. Our cuisine is rooted in this connection,to draw withsimplicity and joyful spirit the Percheregion. Landscapes, people, produce and cuisine.
And, of course, pleasure.
There is a constant back-and-forth between the field and the plate, andwe do notforget towash it all down with colourful ciders, perries and wines!
